Jackie and Jim were among the first people I met almost 46years ago when I came to Elkhart. They were a fantastic couple, they, the Swiharts and my late husband and I had some wonderful dinners and trips together. I always enjoyed stopping in and saying hello and sharing some memories with a very dear friend and neighbor. My love and prayers. Jan

Jackie became a friend to me in the almost 3 yrs. that I helped care for her. I loved listening about the travels she and Jim had, about how she loved her family and friends. I was impressed by how loyal her friends were to always stop by and visit with her and what a good time they would have reminiscing. Getting to know her family was a joy, they were so very attentive to her. In all, I will miss the times we had spent together watching the birds, swans, ducks on the pond, making projects together and the quite reading times we spent sharing. thank you Jackie for a wonderful 3 yr. friendship.
