Anne M. Jones, 58, of Bristol, died Sunday, May 22, 2016 at Elkhart General Hospital. Anne was born on October 10, 1957 to Kenneth L. and Helen L. (Gough) Perron in Detroit, MI. Anne is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Randy Jones, Elkhart; children, Louis Jones, Seattle, WA, Christa Jones, Goshen, Brian Jones, Bristol, and Michelle Jones, Bristol; siblings, James Perron (Kathy), Indianapolis, Mary Tuthill (James), Elkhart, Michael Perron (Barbara), Elkhart, and Laura Snell, Edwardsburg; nieces Marie and Olivia Snell; nephews, Michael Perron and Daniel Snell. Anne was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Dave Snell. Anne was employed as a nurse at Oaklawn. Prior to that, she worked for many years as a waitress at Casey's. She enjoyed time with her family, gardening, and reading. Anne was a devout Catholic and always put others first. She never spoke ill of others or complained. Anne was also a published poet. However, her favorite role was that of a loving mother, sister, wife, and friend. Friends may call from 4 pm until 8 pm, Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am, Friday, May 27, 2016 at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County.
