Barbara J. "Bobbie" Wise, 59, of Goshen died April 3, 2020 at her residence.

She was born January 5, 1961 in Elkhart to the late Richard C. and Elizabeth J. (Gericke) Ward. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Kristen Stewart; a brother, Don Ward; and a sister, Janet Krauser.

Left to cherish Bobbie's memory are two daughters, Emily (Jacob) Osowski and Sarah Wise both of Elkhart; grandchildren, Rozlyn, Sullivan, Allura, and Callista; sisters, Judy Ward of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Carol Trovatore of Elkhart, Jo Ward-Selman of Goshen; one brother, Ted Ward of Elkhart; and her significant other, Tim Albert of Goshen.

After graduating Memorial High School, she became a successful insurance agent in her family's insurance company, R.C. Ward.

Because of the public health and safety standards in place due to the COVID-19 virus, visitation and memorial services will be held at a later date.  Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
