Bradbury
March 9, 1931 – April 14, 2018
Chrystal I. Bradbury, 87, of Elkhart, died on Saturday, April 14, 2018 at Elkhart Hospice House.
She was born March 9, 1931 in Nappanee, IN to the late Roy R. and Winnie G. (Ginter) Robinson. As Chrystal Robinson, she married Donald D. Bradbury on October 28, 1950 in Etna Green, IN. Don died on October 21, 2015.
Surviving are two sons, Don W. (Lona) Bradbury and Danny L. Bradbury, both of Elkhart; seven grandchildren: Becky Bradbury, David (Rachelle) Bradbury, Dena (John) Garber, Connie Caiceros, Michelle (Jon) Pfeil, Jennifer Bradbury and Nathaniel (Toni) Bradbury; fourteen great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren. Also surviving is a daughter-in-law, Cathy Bradbury of Bristol. She was preceded in death by a son, Brian Bradbury; four brothers; Carl, Robert, Howard and Bill Robinson and three sisters; Mildred Feldman, Evelyn Hazel and Charlotte Brindley.
Chrystal was employed by CTS for 28 years, retiring in 1991. She was a former member of the First United Methodist Church and is a current member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Elkhart. She is also a member of the CTS Quarter Century Club, Moose Lodge, retired U.A.W. and volunteered at Susanna's Soup Kitchen. She was also cheerleader and member of the Glee Club while in high school.
Visitation for Chrystal will be on Saturday, April 21st from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service at noon at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home. The Rev. Sam Needham of Trinity United Methodist Church will officiate and burial will be in Grace Lawn Cemetery in Middlebury, IN.
