Madelon G. Wells, of Elkhart, passed away at home January 24, 2016 at 4:54 am- only 47 days from her 102nd birthday. She was preceded in death by her husband Walter O. Wells on August 30, 1999. She is survived by her son, Wally (Nila) Wells and their three children Kevin (Michelle) Wells, Reagan (Brian) Nauheim, and Amie Wells; daughter, Sara (Tom) Elkin and their five children, Heather (Todd) Denton, Haley Sullivan, Charley Borneman, Suzanne (Dane) Slabaugh, and Jenny (Noel) Collins and 15 great grandchildren. Madelons family was what mattered most to her. She will always be remembered for her kindness and love of animals. The family wishes to thank all her caregivers for their wonderful care. A celebration of life memorial service will be held at a later date.
