Michael G. Horne, 73, of Elkhart, died on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at Valley View Healthcare Center in Elkhart.

He was born March 13, 1950, in Elkhart to the late George and Regina (Gebelein) Horne.

Michael was a graduate of Elkhart High School and a veteran of the United States Army serving in Vietnam.  After military service, he worked many different jobs but mainly in the RV/MH industry.

Michael is survived by a daughter, Angela Crawford and a son, Michael Horne; three granddaughters; Kiley, Leslie and Emily Crawford; three great granddaughters: Leah Wagers, Lanie Wagers and Lauren Wagers, all of Elkhart and his brother, Larry Horne of Columbus, OH.

Graveside services for Michael will be held on Tuesday, March 28th at 2:00 pm at the veteran's section of Prairie Street Cemetery where military honors will be rendered by the Elkhart Veterans Honor Guard.  Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
