Barbara Dargitz Obituary
Barbara A. Dargitz, 80, of Elkhart, IN passed away the morning of Friday, March 21, 2025 in Elkhart.
Barbara was born on April 29, 1944 to the late Esco and Viola Hall.
She is survived by her children, Kathleen Schmansky, Tina Reese, Corine Hormann, Pauline Peek, and Nicole Mason.
She was preceded in death by three children, Barbara Massey, Jesse Wright, and Rhonda Valeikas.
Barbara worked as a transportation driver. On her off time, she loved playing cards and going to the casino. She also enjoyed nature and often sat outside watching birds and squirrels. Barbara loved family holidays, especially camping on Halloween and seeing all the kids in their costumes.
No formal services are scheduled for Barbara, per her family’s request. Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home is assisting the family with cremation.
