Beverly Jo Ganger

Beverly Jo Ganger, 93, of Goshen, IN passed away the evening of Friday, February 6, 2026.

She was born on October 1, 1932 in Plymouth, IN to the late Aaron Maxson and Donabelle (Eaton) Weiler.

On February 3, 1951, Beverly was united in marriage to Merle L. Ganger, Jr. They spent over 60 wonderful years together before his passing in 2015. She was also preceded in death by her sister, Roberta Hampton.

She is survived by her daughter, Diann Marie (Gregory) Nagy, son Gary Allen (Linda) Ganger, and brother Richard Maxson, as well as 2 grandchildren; Monica Marie Scholtz and Michelle Marie (Joseph) Berding; and 5 great-grandchildren, Jacob, Zachary, Christian, Evan, and Ella.

Beverly graduated from Baugo Township High School with the Class of 1951. She went on to work at L. E. Johnson Products for 30 years before her retirement in 1999. She was a member of Lutheran Church of the Redeemer in Elkhart, and was also a member of Women of the Moose in Elkhart, Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary in Elkhart, and VFW Auxiliary in Goshen.

Beverly was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Private services will be held at Rice Cemetery, where Beverly will be laid to rest beside her husband, Merle.
