Christopher L. Stump

Christopher L. Stump, 62, of Elkhart died at home on Wednesday, November 24, 2021.

He was born on September 18, 1959 in Bremen, IN to Jack E. and Katherine M. (Miller) Stump.  He was preceded in death by his father and his brother, Donald E. Stump.

Christopher is survived by a son, Justin Stump; two daughters: Nakeya Inbody and Cassandra Stump and his mother, Katherine Stump, all of Elkhart.  Also surviving are ten granddaughters and one grandson.

Christopher was self-employed, performing work in the downtown area, most often for local attorneys. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church where he served on the church’s council as well as singing in the choir for many years.  He was a member of N.A. and A.A. where he made many friends.

Visitation for Christopher will be held on Thursday, December 2nd from 2:00 pm until the hour of the memorial service at 4:00 pm, all at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home.  Sister Nora Frost of Grace Lutheran Church will officiate.  Burial will be at a later date at Etna Green Cemetery in Etna Green.
