Frances Anne (Livingood) Fashbaugh

Frances Anne Fashbaugh, 59, of Elkhart died Saturday, August 1, 2020 at her son’s residence. She was born May, 12, 1961 in Lexington Kentucky to the late Paul Livingood and Billie (Poarch) Butts She is also preceded in death by a son, Billy Harper and a sister Paulette Kid.

Left to cherish Frances’ memory are two sons, John (Shona) Harper, Tony (Claudia) Harper both of Elkhart; five grandchildren, Jhonna, Taylor, Paige, Austin and Nathalie; one brother Robert Lambert of Elkhart; and two sisters, Dolly (Tim) Kanter of Sturgis, Michigan and Rita (Mike) Edwards of Elkhart.

Frances loved spending time with her family, especially her grandbabies. She volunteered many hours to soup kitchens and various charities through churches. She had a passion for older cars and would frequent cars shows all over the area.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Saturday, August 8, 2020 from noon-3 at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home.
