Jordan Lee Bond, 27, of Elkhart, died on January 8, 2021 at Elkhart General Hospital.
Jordan was born August 9, 1993 in Elkhart to Johnny and Judy (Smith) Bond.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Jack Boyd Smith and grandmother Irene Smith and his grandmother Marie Bond.
He is survived by his parents Johnny and Judy. His brother James Bond, James son Landon Kiefer and his grandfather John Bond. Also surviving are uncles; Thomas (Opal) Bond, Jack (Laura) Smith Jr., as well as his aunts; Janet (Dave) Crane, Malena (Tom) Herr and Barb (Chuck) Koski. Jordan is also survived by many beloved cousins and leaving behind the love of his life Lindsay Hojara.
Jordan was employed by Norco Industries in Elkhart. He was an avid outdoors man that loved to hunt and fish. He was a conservationist who volunteered yearly for the Rocky Mountain Elks Foundation. Jordan will be known for his smile, laughter and listening ear. All who knew Jordan admired his kindness, love for animals and the love of music.
A Celebration of Life will be held this summer. Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
