Louise C. (Santucci) Sands

Louise C. Sands, 96, of Plymouth, formerly of Elkhart, died on Sunday, April 27, 2025, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Plymouth.

She was born on February 17, 1929, in Providence, RI to the late Gennaro and Anna (Ciccone) Santucci.  Also preceding her in death are her husband, a son, John Sands, a granddaughter, Jodi Sands and her brother, Jerry Santucci.

On December 29, 1951, Louise married John W. Sands in San Diego, CA.  John died on October 17, 2018.  Surviving are a grandson, Tony (Jess) Sands, and a granddaughter, Britney Sands.

Private graveside services for Louise will be held and she will be laid to rest next to her husband, John, at Prairie Street Cemetery in Elkhart.  Hartler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
