Marie Inga Corpe

Marie Inga Corpe, 54, of Elkhart, IN passed away the evening of Thursday, February 20, 2025.

She was born on July 3, 1970 in Elkhart to the late Cruie M. and Marie A. (Minichillo) Corpe.

Marie is survived by her siblings, Mark (Rosemary) Corpe, Dominic (Rebekah) Corpe, Daniel (Shari) Corpe, and Therese (Jeff) Williams, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents as well as brothers Cruie Corpe, Michael Corpe, Jonathan Corpe, and Nicholas Corpe.

Marie was a wonderful sister, cousin, godmother, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Marie was also a very devout Catholic. She had a great devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary. A longtime employee of The Fatima Center promoting Our Lady’s message of warning and hope.

A visitation for Marie will be held on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM (EST) at Hartzler-Gutermuth Inman Funeral Home, 403 West Franklin Street, Elkhart, IN 46516, with a rosary at 6:30PM (EST). A Requiem Mass will be held the following day at 10:00 AM (CST) at Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel, 501 Wayland Rd, Kingsford Heights, IN 46346. Following the service, Marie will be laid to rest at St. Vincent cemetery.
