Rachel J. Nobles

Rachel J. Nobles, 58, of Osceola, IN passed away the morning of Wednesday, December 17, 2025, in Mishawaka, IN.

Rachel was born on July 14, 1967, in Mountain Home, ID to Randal J. and Barbara S. (Lobato) Wieczorek.

Rachel is survived by both of her parents, as well as three sons, Mike Nobles, Matt Nobles, and Nick (Sarah) Nobles; one daughter, Amanda Tiffany; one sister, Michelle (Chris) Schildknecht; as well as 6 grandchildren, Cameron and Adeline Tiffany, Daynee, Hanna, and Grant Nobles, and Lincoln Snyder. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Colt Nobles.

Rachel graduated from Mishawaka High School and attended Michiana College where she completed 2 years. She was a stay-at-home mom for many years and after raising her family she worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance. She was a talented seamstress, loved crafting and creating junk journals. She loved music, attending concerts, and collecting albums.

Rachel was a wonderful daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her sense of humor could make anyone laugh and with it she could turn a poor situation into something a little more manageable. She was kind, compassionate, supportive, and was full of love for those around her.

A memorial service for Rachel will be held on Monday December 29th at 4pm at Hartzler-Gutermuth-Inman Funeral Home, 403 W. Franklin St., Elkhart, IN 46516 with visitation from 2-4pm.
